Charlie was early and was very polite
He done the job I asked him to do but we think there was a bigger issue
He was unhappy he couldn’t solve the issue
But lovely bloke

Excellent job arrived between the time he was ment to, gave me a call 15 minutes to let me know he was on his way..... shame he was supplied with the wrong brake pads and had to go get more ..... but it was completed in time for me to go to work....

Charlie was professional and totally dedicated to getting the job done. He was a conscientious worker, clean and thorough. I would most highly recommend him .

Charlie is a good mechanic and kept us informed every step of the way. But unfortunately he was let down by the people providing the parts. He was given the wrong parts and he then had to chase round trying to find replacements. Despite arriving at ours for 1.15pm he was unable to start fixing the brakes until 4pm and then he could only get the parts for the front and not the back - so only half the job has been done. It’s the first time using Click Mechanic and I wasn’t filled with confidence!

Charlie was great, he kept me up to date on time of arrival and was very clean when doing the job, replacing the clutch. I would highly recommend him. Thanks

Brilliant work from Charlie determined get job done changed my alternator belt and 2 tensioners on 2017 citroen dispatch van even with mix up with supplier on belt given went extra mile to get parts and get works completed 👍
