A lovely bloke but to charge me an hour and 10 minutes for a job he did in 45 minutes is not on. I scored low on Punctuality because he did rearrange the appointment for the next day although this was okay luckily I didn't have work till the afternoon. As he didn't tell me what he did to my car I'm just guessing that as my anti freeze is still topped up he fixed the bit that needed fixing.
