Kyle was a very polite and pleasant chap who arrived within the time slot I had requested.
Unfortunately, he had picked up the wrong parts and had to go and collect replacements. These things happen, but I was not impressed when he left my car jacked up in the road, and it was only when I phoned to see where he had gone, that he told me where he was. About 45 minutes later he knocked on the door and said he had done the work but had to rush off for an MOT at 10:00 – So I did not get a chance to check anything. In fairness I probably wouldn't have known what to check for anyway.
However, the following day when I parked the car on my sloped driveway, the handbrake would not adequately hold it, and I needed to leave it in gear. I also discovered later that morning that I could periodically depress the brake pedal down to the floor and it felt spongey.
I text Kyle later in the day and he agreed it would need looking at – I text back saying I was around all weekend and to let me know. I heard nothing that day, and have had nothing in the last four days.
What I am most disappointed about is that I wasn't telling him that an indicator bulb had blown – I was telling him that I felt the brakes were unsafe, and to be honest I was expecting him around that day, if not first thing the following day.

Kyle was fantastic. Called me first to discuss the issue then arrived promptly to fix on site. Would absolutely recommend service and Kyle and will be using again.

Kyle was excellent and had great knowledge of Audis and finished the job quickly however due the the poor quality of the part used there is a loud rattle if you shut the door with the window down. kyle is working on fixing this issue by contacting the part supplier

Good communication, we knew exactly what time he was coming. Arrived on time, work done with no problem. Front brake discs and pads supplied and fitted.
