The mechanic was excellent. Spoke to me prior to collecting the car and provided his mobile number, and work completed to an excellent standard.

Had clutch and flywheel changed. Booked it on the website and had a call back from mechanic the same day (even though it was a Sunday) to confirm the booking day/time, with a possibility of getting the car picked up even earlier. Very friendly and professional!

Work carried as agreed. There were some issues that meant they arrived late but kept me informed and it wasn’t a problem at all. Nice guy and I’d be more than happy to use them again.

I've never used ClickMechanic before nor heard of anyone who had but thought it looked worth a try. Needed a new clutch for my BMW. It all went very smoothly. Hassle free having the car picked up and returned. Car working perfectly again. Very reasonable price. Mechanic friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Will use them again. He did arrive an hour earlier than arranged but that was OK and I wasn't sure when I was getting my car back. So 4 stars for communication but overall I was very happy with using this service.
