Chris was great. I was a bit concerned about the use of non-genuine Volvo parts and the fact that the work was not being done by a main dealer. Chris was fully confident about the quality of the parts and knew exactly what needed to be done and reassured me about everything. He also pointed out another fault I was not aware of. Overall I was pleased with the service.
