Stephen was great!! really speedy no nonsense quick work! Would recommend

Correctly diagnosed the problem very quickly (battery needed replacing) and helpfully explained why what I had tried hadn’t worked as well as how to source and replace the battery by myself.
However, was almost two hours late. Luckily the diagnosis was very quick, but if Stephen had arrived any later this would have impacted my afternoon plans. Would’ve appreciated a text/call during the time slot to be informed of late arrival as well.

Simon was an amazing mechanic. Sorted out the problem and got car up and running in no time at all.

Steve knew exactly what he was doing, he discovered what was wrong very quickly, he tried very hard to source the part he needed locally but he ended up going further afield for the part as my car is very old. He was polite and friendly, he fixed the problem quickly. I would recommend Steve and will try to book him again, if I have any problems.
