Stephen phoned me to check the problem (I couldn't start my car). He assured me that he would carry out a diagnostic check to see whether I genuinely needed a new battery or just a restart if it was flat (ie save me unnecessary expenditure), My battery was 11 years old and turned out to be in a worse state than the Monty Python dead parrot. Quickly sorted and car up and running. Very pleased with the service I received.
