i had to trusted click mechanic because the car was 250 miles from me so that ment a round trip of 500 miles so that left me with no choice ,,,, not happy at all ,,, had the mechanic look at the car and said aircon not working ? but didnt say aircon rad was rotten and missing 1'' of the bottom ,also he said power steering was ok but it was winning bad had to change the pump, car needed most joints but said the car was fine , i replaced all this my self so i know what was needed ,,would not use this service ,never and i dont now how it passed its mot something fishy there mates of mates i think.

I inspected the car on January the 12th of 2019. I reported it's condition honesty with no conflict of interest and used the standards described by the DVSA to qualify a part to be described as "in working order". I said those items where "in working order" because they where at the time. My opinion is supported by an authorized MOT tester with whom I have no connection. Over a year had passed before you complained about the report. It was an old car in working order at the time and it may need parts replaced in future, to remain road worthy.

Joseph was a very experienced mechanic, I am very pleased with his work as doing a head gasket repair in the weather was a mammoth task but he didn't complain about this he just carried on regardless, he came at the time he said he would and completed the work to a very high standard as the car is running very well and has cured the problems I had , also must mention click mechanic for giving me an excellent quote and this was the actual price I was charged on my card, 5 star service all round, well done
