So I was supposed to have a full service and MOT on Monday 24th January. However 4 days later I have a ‘check oil’ warning come up on my dash. So it would seem my oil wasn’t even topped up or changed… so I wonder as to what else wasn’t performed? And the MOT has a different MOT garage name on to what I was confirmed I had… not very happy at all. And I’ve used click mechanic on a number of occasions over the years and never had this problem

I have been left fearful of my safety after this most disturbing of interactions.
Not only did the Garage fail to let me know they were not returning the car the same day, they couldnt even get a basic replacement of rear brake discs and pads in short order (hours not days). The Mechanic (owner or leader) was awfully rude on the phone and aggressive. If you are looking for a safe company that will treat you kindly and service your car quickly dont bother with them.
Never again - left me feeling sick with a horrendous final bill with a car returned with work outstanding and a failed MoT as they couldnt assure me the repairs would be done expediently.

Really helpful and honest. My mechanic advised me on any potential issues without trying to encourage more work unnecessarily

Difficult to mark quality on an arbitrary service and MOT, but it went fine. The man arrived half an hour late and my car was returned at the end of the day. None of that affected me as I was home all day, but punctuality was not perfect. They did ring me in the morning before the pick-up, but no other contact until the car arrived at my house. The chap was friendly and had a nice chat, but they could improve on communication prior to returning my car.

Job well done! Car went in for service and MOT, and MOT failures were identified during the service and I was called to confirm the fixes before they went ahead. I dealt with Gabriel over the phone, who was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He also collected and dropped off my car, which was very handy.

My mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable and I am happy with the work he carried out.

Labour seems rather pricey for how long a service is supposed to take ? And no old parts left to prove it’s been done
