Mark, Arrived on time and was amiable, examined the problem and assessed the problem after Diagnostic check confirmed our suspicions and provided quote to remedy problem. No problems , assessing financial recovery.

Mark is a brilliant mechanic. He is patient, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my high standards were met. I was more than satisfied with his work on my beloved self-converted camper-van.

I am not an easy person to please. I expect all work to be carried out to an exceptional standard. All belt and braces. I called Mark initially to explain how dear my vehicle was to me and how nervous I was entrusting the job to someone other than myself. He was very understanding and reassuring and agreed to carry out the work to the highest of standards.

Whenever I raised questions or concerns he was patient and helpful and always made sure the work was completed to perfection. He took time to explain what he was doing and why which was wonderful. I left feeling genuinely valued and respected as a client.

Mark phoned ahead to let me know when he was arriving, and was promptly on time. He was friendly and approachable, and very helpful, explaining exactly what the work involved and why it was necessary. We were also able to discuss a few other minor issues I have had with the car and he offered some very useful advice. He completed the work in a very reasonable time, and I would have no hesitation in booking him again.

I am a delivery driver and have had many issues with many cars over the years. Consequently I have had dealings with many mechanics so can confidently say that mark stands out a lot from all the others. While carrying out the booked work in a very professional and polite manner he found another issue with the vehicle that he went out of his way to deal with, putting himself out and certainly putting in the extra mile for me.
