The mechanic is nice and very helpful in solving the problems. He is also knowledgable in fixing the car issues and has helped to identify the problem.

Camerun was very friendly and he made me both learn something about mechanic while efficiently solving the issue with my van.

Camerul is a very nice guy but, unfortunately, completely misdiagnosed the issue. In terms of wasted time, car parts I didn't need, his call out charge and car hire charges, this cost me over £1,000. I had the car scanned again (by someone else) and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. Using ClickMechanic was disastrous. I cannot recommend ClickMechanic.
