Camerul was a friendly approachable Guy, I was hoping he had a bit more insight of the Citroen c4 and and more understanding of the warning lights on the dash. He done several checks of the battery and checked for fault codes of which I had all ready done but was hoping his a equipment was better than mine and he could come up with something else? but sadly not. The conclusion was it might be a faulty battery or starter motor. I purchased a new £156 battery but no joy. Did not really want to start swapping bits to try find what is at fault. I will just have to get it lifted and taken to a Citroen dealer.

Misdiagnosed the car issue, I was told that it was the timing chain. Spent money on another mechanic to check it out and open the whole engine, the timing chain was fine, got another person out to diagnose and advise the timing chain was definitely not the issue (either wiring or fuses which are being checked at the moment). Complete waste of my money, the mechanic told me I should scrap the car when it is something so easy as a fuse gone... would not recommend

Yes, he was friendly and addressed the problem. His time included a test drive at the end.
