However, your original quote was a bit misleading in that it gives the impression that the quote was to solve the problem. It was only for a diagnostic test. It would be useful for the consumer to what is the cost to solve the problem. Your mechanic told me that to solve the problem additional charges were payable. He charged me an additional amount to reset the car's computer. It would be nice to forewarn the customer when you give the original quote.
