Great service very easy to use, and although had to pay a little bit more in the end you cannot really blame clickmechanic as they quote for specific set of parameters and sometimes like any garage you will be a little bit outside. Either way fitted me in very quickly (surprisingly so actually) and the mechanic - Paul - was on time and worked quickly. Would use again.

Joe telephoned to let me know when he would be arriving and turned up on time. He explained he had brought with him two sets of brake discs as he was not sure which would be correct, lucky he did as the required discs where not the quoted discs. Carried out the work in good time and everything was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the service received from Joe, would happily recommend him.

Joe arrived 10-15 minutes into the 2 hour and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem, told me the solution and had contacted Clickmechanic to arrange the quote for the repair and by the time I got back indoors I had my quote which I accepted and Joe came the same time the following day and replaced the defective parts and ran another diagnostic check to confirm that there were no faults or error codes showing, and confirmed that I was happy with the repair before leaving. The car now seems to run better than when it was new!!
