The initial visit and diagnosis of the fault with my car was excellent. The required part was sourced and fitted efficiently. The problem remained (car locked in limp mode) because the mechanic was unable to overide the error message. It was suggested that I take the car to a main dealer to have the error message removed.
Why take on a job if it can't be completed?

Paul arrived on time and called me to say he was standing next to my car. He was friendly and efficient. I was even able to track him as he drove to my house. Great experience all round. Would definitely use again.
