Although he was 35 minutes outside the time frame given, Kevin did the job very efficiently.

Kevin didn’t seem to know that modern cars are no longer equipped with either a jack or wheel brace, consequently unable to look under car, other than that he was fine. Obviously couldn’t carry out any necessary check on washer pumps and lines as wheel has to be removed.

Kev was absolutely fab. He was polite, very mindful of the fact that social distancing is important and took great care to keep us both safe with appropriate safety clothing. He was clear in explaining what he believed was going on with my car, yet not at all cocky or dismissive when I had stuff to add to that diagnosis, he listened and made helpful suggestions and yet did not apply any pressure to do more than i wanted at this time. He explained what he was doing and listened to me waffling on about literally everything and anything and even joined in with my waffling too! It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and i felt confident that my car was in safe, experienced hands. The required job was carried out quickly, cleanly and accurately with no mess or fuss or time wasting and i genuinely was sad to wave him off the drive cos he was good company too! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to any of my family or friends, my car is now safe to drive again and sounds 100% better than before. He really sid come across like a decent and reliable chap with lots of knowledge, care and commitment to doing a quick, accurate and clean job and kept me informed all the way through. No problems with the service from him or clickmechanic at all. This has been a surprisingly simple, straightforward way of doing things and has not cost the earth either.
