I did not meet the mechanic but the whole experience was very good from car pick up to return.

I'm happy with the full service they did but it's hard to say whether they did a good job because I'm not a mechanic.

they were friendly and confident that they were going to get the job done, despite difficulties that came up. they kept me in the loop at all times and i really appreciate that they were actively trying to save me money.

Even though my English wasn't good they helped me and also they talked to my friend to translate to me. I can say they are really helpful people.
