Carlos was excellent - easy collection and drop off of my car, great clear communication throughout, quick turnaround and good work. He did an MOT and while it passed he suggested a few other things that could be addressed - brake fluid, which was great because my brakes were feeling a little mushy, cabin air filter (a/c had a little smell), and spark plugs (manufacturers timing suggestion). He worked with me to decide which extra things to address, wasn’t pushy when I decided not to do all of them, and did a great job. Thanks Carlos! Will definitely work with him again.
