Omar called me as soon as he was booked for the job and asked me if there was anything in particular that I wanted him to check, which I very much appreciated! He then said If i thought of anything else just to let him know. He turned up on time and liased directly with the owner of the van. As soon as he finished he let me know over the phone if any issues that needed rectifying and said he would send the report as soon as he could - which he did ! His replies to any calls or texts were quick also. very helpful and polite guy ! Thankyou Omar it was a pleasure dealing with you !

Audi S6 Saloon Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

The inspection was seemingly thorough, upon taking the vehicle back found it had a big water leak.
I got under the car and found long term evidence of a coolant leak, this was missed by the mechanic.
I based my purchase on the mechanics incomplete report, what a mistake that was.
Now I’m stuck dealing with a leak and click mechanics complaint service is beyond poor. I have provided them with evidence that the leak was present at the time of the inspection and all of a sudden they stopped contacting me. I would never use them again and refer others to more reputable vehicle specialists in the future.

Firstly, I'm sorry for your troubles but I feel you are being quite unfair. Your initial review praised my work and you even decribed it as being highly detailed with 5 stars all round before this edit.
The inspection was very thorough, 2.5 hours in fact. This included inspecting under the vehicle, before and after the test drive. The kind of leak you are describing would never have been missed. I always make sure the engine is hot as to ensure that the pressure in the cooling system has built up. This would have definately forced out coolant at any weak spot. There was still no evidence or symptoms of a coolant leak.
You also gave one star on punctuality and communication, which was definately not the case with this inspection, or any inspection as a matter of fact. I always strive to be very thorough and keep regular contact with all my clients.

Very happy with Omar's service. I couldn't be there in person during the inspection but Omar called and patiently explained all the things that I should look out for after the inspection. During the phone call, he also reminded me to do the HPI check and all other stuff that I should be careful when purchasing a used car. The email report came very quickly after the inspection too.
Definitely recommend Omar and you are in safe hands if you happened to get him for you pre purchase inspection.
