Vauxhall Zafira Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Omar said that the car was all good and his report was also positive. I bought the car on this basis. The following day the car failed an MOT because the bakes and discs were worn. The MOT failure stated that they were dangerous defects.
This is not what I expected. The mechanic and Company now refuses to refund my inspection fee and will not repair the defect. A negligent mechanic and poor Company. Don't use them.

The inspection was carried out to a satisfactory standard as always. On visual inspection both pads and discs were in good condition. The test drive also proved this. And like I have stated previously, you can clearly see the evidence of this via the photographs I have provided in the report. Slightly worn pads do not equate to an MOT failure and you have not provided any evidence of your claim which does not help either.
