The car was picked up on time and returned with minor problems in addition to the service sorted. This is an excellent system.

Mechanic picked up our car well within the time slot allocated, and had it back a couple of hours later. We had a call to say they were on the way 15 minutes before they arrived. Driver was pleasant and managed the awkward turn on our drive with no problem. This service was a life saver as a sudden medical emergency left me unable to drive and the MOT due to run out in a few days.

Very happy with the work done to the car. Good communication. Car collected and delivered back.

Mechanic and Staff seem friendly enough and carried out the work but did not do something I requested resulting in a problem that happened a few days later. Did not update me after the completion of work each time and I had to chase them up. However, they did remedy the problem in the end with an offer for a free MOT and part (2nd Hand).

Oliver was absolutely brilliant, Very knowledgeable guy with a great attitude. Communication was great and we were kept upto date at every stage of the fix.

The car starts first time, very pleased with the service provided.
