Sandor the mechanic turned up when he said he would and diagnosed the fault for me - also gave me some helpfull tips as well relating to the problem - very happy.

Sandor was polite and courteous but unfortunately after two test drives could not suggest much more to the problem of solving my minor rattle than I had already tried; but it was worth a second opinion.

Sandor 'phoned to say he was on his way and arrived punctually. He seemed competent and told me what he was doing and what may need doing in the near future. He spent over 4 hours working on my car, although the labour time allowed was 2.7 hrs. I was very satisfied with what he did for me.

I was not impressed with the lack of effort and service . He was specially chosen because he was supposed to have Bosch diagnostic equipment wich he didn't have he wasn't helpful and couldn't get away qick enough and said he couldn't help because he was just a mechanic and I feel that I am entitled to a refund
