We were very impressed with Joseph from start to finish. He called us before the survey to inform us of what he would do and to ask if we had any questions. Afterwards he gave us thorough debrief, despite it being late on a Friday evening before we were available. He clearly takes his job seriously and is knowledgeable. We would definitely use him again if we need another survey.

Joseph called when he said he would. He spoke with a relaxed authority that immediately gave me confidence in him. He didn't "blind me with science", listened to and responded to my questions and gave me a good sense of how the car was in a way that made sense to me.
