I've used Click mechanic for a few pre purchase inspections and have only good experiences from the mechanics they use.

Last car I got checked was a total lemon so it's well worth the peace of mind.

Joseph was informative and called me right after he completed the inspection of an X3 that I ended up purchasing from his feedback.

He informed me of the condition and any defects of the vehicle.

Joseph picked up a fault with the AC system of the vehicle and informed the garage, whom put it straight in for repairs.

He was friendly, chatty and gave you that warm fuzzy feeling you require when the possibility of laying down a large sum of money is on the table and that it's going to be worth it.

This is a really fantastic service and meant I did not have to go to the garage and meet the mechanic whilst he carried out the inspection. Joseph called after the inspection and was very thorough in his descriptions and offered impartial professional advice which was very appreciated to a single female with absolutely zero knowledge of cars.
My only slight feedback would be that it would have been nice to receive a text to say that he had arrived at the garage as I messaged the garage to check this. However I am so happy and thus has given me 100% in buying the car.

Joseph undertook an inspection of the Ford Fiesta I was buying for my daughter for her first car to give me peace of mind the car mechanically sound. It was worth the fee for the inspection as Joseph picked a few items that I hadn’t picked up during my test drive and inspection. This was feedback to the car salesman and from which they are addressing saving a few hundred on future garage bills. His report was detailed and his phone call to run through t really helped.

Joe visited me 3 times, put a lot of time in and was always cheerful and happy, he couldn’t fix my problem due to the awkward position of the sensor he was trying to replace but he still managed to stay focused and tried everything he could to resolve the problem, in the end though, he couldn’t fix the problem and although he put a few hours in, I wasn’t charged a penny. Spot on well worth getting full car checked by pro, car was to put it simply, CARAP!

Joseph checked a car out for me prior to me buying as it was 150 miles from where I live.
I feel he gave me an honest appraisal and may have saved me a lot of money by pointing out potential issues that I may not of otherwise seen. Needless to say I didn't buy the car.
