Booked in for front shock absorbers replacement as advised by Halfords. Matthew inspected them and said there was nothing wrong with them and so unlike Halfords he didn’t want to rip me off. Only marked down on punctuality as he got held up coming all the way from Lancashire to Wakefield but always kept me informed and updated with his arrival time. Great guy, really helpful and saved me a lot of money! Would recommend.
