Mazda CX-5 Replace engine oil and filter

Jason was friendly and he arrived earlier than expected so that was helpful. He looked at the car for me and assessed it needed an oil change and there were 2 re-calls on the car that could be causing the fault. He changed the oil and oil filter for me but this didn't help to fix my troubles. The car broke down again once I took it out for a test drive after the oil change.
May be he couldn't do more for me but he didn't fix the problem either

With the oil dilution caused by DPF regeneration failures, oil level was diluted with diesel. 1st port of call is change engine oil ans reset parameters. Unfortunately with outstanding recalls these can only be carried out by main vehicle manufacture under warranty
