Jason was very easy to deal with; both in preliminary discussions about the parts available ; and on arrival at my house. He took care to maintain a correct safety procedure.
The brake-pads were replaced speedily and my wheel- nuts were retightened to the correct torque.
A good mechanic who seemed very experienced in replacing brake-pads.

Jason was friendly and he arrived earlier than expected so that was helpful. He looked at the car for me and assessed it needed an oil change and there were 2 re-calls on the car that could be causing the fault. He changed the oil and oil filter for me but this didn't help to fix my troubles. The car broke down again once I took it out for a test drive after the oil change.

May be he couldn't do more for me but he didn't fix the problem either
