BMW 3 Series Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

I sent Jason to a used car dealership to inspect a BMW 320i (2008) model. Jason's work was fantastic!! He's reporting came back very positive with clear details on all aspects of the vehicles condition. Once I received the report, I phone Jason and he we spoke in more detail of the minor faults that was noted so I understand the condition and repairs involved. Jason put my mind at ease from the start and provided me with details I needed, including the pricing for repair, where I can save costs and gave me his honest feedback of the car. As a first time user of ClickMechanic and using Jason, I certainly recommended both for their inspections and expertise.
Finally... a service & mechanic's that are reliable!

Audi A3 Premium Pre-purchase Inspection

Mechanic was unable to speak, only availble via text. Could not fully discuss report. Report detailed cosmetic damage which the photos were not taken of. I requested the photos but the mechanic could not provide. I woudl need to see the cosmetic damage in the report. Really hard to be happy with the report when we could ot discuss before or after. Would not recommend as the suggestion from the mechanic was to go see it myself, this is what the service was hored for,

Unfortunately I was without a voice on the day of inspection, which was explained. Also the scratches on the vehicle wouldn't show in the photos which I explained as they were light scratches not cut thru the paint. We only have to supply 4 photos yet I attached 14 including faults that could be seen when vehicle raised (suspension bushes)
