Jason came to do brake pads on my BMW only to find I had no key for the wheel locking nut, he helped me look to no avail but returned the next day to carry out the works after I managed to purchase a new key for the locked wheel nuts.

Had Jason's help a few times and thoroughly recommend. On this occasion the repair that was booked was not needed. Jason explained what was likely needed instead and final charge was just a call out fee for his time - the cost of part was refunded and not charged - which was very reasonable. No qualms recommending Jason for any repair from the basic to more complex diagnostics.
