Hoss was available, friendly and called to find the exact nature of the problem in advance. He ordered the part we needed while communicating with us throughout the process about costs and what we chose to do. We were a little apprehensive about handing our car to someone off the internet to take and return it and he ended up fixing it where it was parked in front of our house. All in all a great experience from start to finish. We will be using CM and hopefully Hoss again.
