Hossein was punctual and very knowledgeable. He managed to accurately diagnose an issue that the official Mercedes service centre was unable to.

Mechanic s conduct was fine. But he said after inspection thermostat was probably faulty. Where as in his report on email he put in water pump radiator etc as well. I was disappointed.

Hoss was available, friendly and called to find the exact nature of the problem in advance. He ordered the part we needed while communicating with us throughout the process about costs and what we chose to do. We were a little apprehensive about handing our car to someone off the internet to take and return it and he ended up fixing it where it was parked in front of our house. All in all a great experience from start to finish. We will be using CM and hopefully Hoss again.
