Hi,
Thanks to everyone concerned for sending Hossein to me on Saturday April 7th. He was extremely polite, efficient & friendly & I would rate him as a first class mechanic at the very top of his game. I would be happy to give this man a 5 star recommendation to others. He carried out his inspections really thoroughly, looked after my car & actually I was really amazed how fast Hossein managed to diagnose the problem.
Hossein was also honest enough to say there was no need to change my spark plugs as it would be expensive & was not needed at this time as he checked all the plugs 1st.
At each stage of the diagnosis he was happy to explain to me & show me step by step each issue he was tackling.
An utterly decent man & a completely brilliant mechanic!

He was terrible, he came to do the service on my car oil+filters, he didn’ t fit the filter properly and the car was start shakeing and i had to go to his service to fit it properly. I’m not even sure what type of oil he used cause he came with a 5l Granville oil can.

I am really sorry that you felt disappointed for the service I have done . If my memory correct this job is back September 2018 (6 months ago) . I explained that we get all the parts from ECP so all parts and oil is 100% correct for your vehicle. By the look of your comments, it looks like since then nothing is wrong with your vehicle and the only negative point you have mentioned is the air filter which as you said I have rectified it next day after service and you were happy about it . It looks like you have no issues after six months but If you still have any issues with your car which is related to the service I have done on your vehicle I recommend you to open a case in resolution centre.
