John is absolutely bob-on: friendly, open, hard worker, knowledgable, sorts things out, gets things done - H M Armed Forces background too, so what do you expect? (apart from he wore green and not light blue, but not everyone can be totally perfect ha ha)! 🤣 He is very highly recommended (in fact if you don't use him and Paul, I'll find ya, send a text message somewhere, and get the boys sent 'round to you ha ha)! 😉🤣👍

Very happy nice guy very very hard worker he worked through a hurricane none stop rain for two hours only problem was i felt guilty looking through the window at him .

A fantastic experience, great service, very quick. Mechanic was friendly found the fault and fixed it in a timely manner would well recommend.

Arrived on time, quick and efficient service. Rang ahead to say when arriving and then advised on any work that needed to be carried out.

He just quietly got on with it. I was astonished that the work was completed in less than 40 minutes. I would not have had the use of my car for a whole day at my local garage.

Good service no problems but very surprised to be informed that the quoted supposedly fixed price had increased from £78 to £105 on arrival. For that reason will not use this service again

I was enormously impressed by the efficiency and flexibility of both the ClickMechanic and the local mechanics service. I was on travelling around the UK when a warning popped up on my dashboard about brake pad replacement. I wasn't near home but wanted the work done quickly. I contacted a dealership local to my next stop but I would have to drop the car off, make alternative travel arrangements then return to collect my car. ClickMechanic sent a local garage to carry out the work in the car park where I was! Not only that, it was far more competitively priced that the dealership - WIN WIN! The mechanic took the time to explain the work he had completed, advised me how to bed in the new brakes and stuck around to watch me drive up and down the car park to ensure everything was ok. I can't speak highly enough of both ClickMechanic or the local garage and will definitely look to use the service again if I find myself in similar circumstances. Read more
