Terry was great. He was punctual, friendly, professional and quick. He identified the problem, explained what part I needed to fix it and went through my options of the cheapest and best way of doing so.

Terry was excellent and fixed the fault very quickly saving me a great deal of money as my main dealer garage told me the only way to resolve the issues was complete replacement of the seat frame at the cost of several hundred.
