He called before arrival letting me know he was close which was good. He carried out a range of diagnostics and fault checks to find the problem and double check that it was the correct issue and not something else which gives confidence that the actual problem has been solved.

After a bad experience with the last mechanic I used through click I'm glad I tried again as I'll certainly be having all further work done by Chris. Easy to talk to and has all the right tools with him which shows he cares about doing the job to a high standard and in a good time frame.
