Hi! Andrew. I spoke to Chris regarding the Coil Pack he said I miss read what he said but as he was up the drive way I couldnt hear him well. But he explained that he did the spark plugs and opened the new Coil Pack but after he did this he found there was no problem with the old Coil pack.But as he had already opened the new one he had to put it on, So I am now left with a Coil pack just in case there is anything wrong in the future which has cost me £75.00

Hi madam the coil pack needed to be fitted to diagnose the car properly, it is also what you were quoted for and I did actually try and save you money. Sorry you are unhappy with the quality of my job

I now operate out of a mercedes vito 2016 which is a ulez friendly van and all my air tools are powered by compressed air which comes from gas cylinders rather than generators.
