Iain was good at the work he didn't on my car .

I could not be happier with the service provided by Iain.
My BMW has been off the road for nearly a year with an electric fault that no one hitherto had been able to diagnose.
I was immediately impressed with Iain's knowledge and enthusiasm. It transpires he has a passion for classic cars.
Without hesitation he fitted a newly acquired battery and within a short time had identified the cause of the problem. He advised me to obtain a couple of parts of eBay which I have now done and I'm confident that my car will be up and running again during the next week or so.
Much to my relief!
It goes without saying that I highly recommend 'clickmechanic' for identifying a suitable mechanic to diagnose the fault and many thanks in particular to Iain for identifying the problem.

Brilliant and fast

well he told what was wrong with the car and that was it, some of them which I knew already, but my car is still parked up, no info who is going to fix it, where and how much

Very impressed with the communication of the whole process from arrival time to completion.

Work carried out to very good standard.

Iain phoned me the day before the job was being done to ask a few questions about the car, so he'd be well prepared (always a good sign)Turned up at exactly the time he said and promptly got on with the job and got me back on the road.
I didn't meet him personally as I was at work but my daughter told me he was very pleasant and polite
which is all one could ask.
He suggested giving it a run out to charge the battery which I did and it's running fine.
Thanks for a good job.........I have to say I was a bit dubious about using clickmechanic as I had never heard of them, but I was well impressed with the service and will gladly use them again and happily recommend them to friends and colleagues
