The issue was assessed - it turned out to be a different part than what was first thought, the mechanic went and got a new replacement part, showed me what the issue was and left me with the faulty part to show what had been replaced. The service really delivered as advertised, the mechanic was very personable and the job was carried out at a great price. Email summary of the job received with a breakdown of the cost, which ended up being slightly cheaper than what was originally quoted. I initially went to my main dealer but could not get an appointment until next week and what it cost to rectify this issue parts included, I would have paid for the diagnostic alone.

Unfortunately Nick did not turn up for the appointment. I had to contact him to find out why. Apparently I hadn't confirmed the appointment, which as I'd had an email to confirm the appointment I didn't realise I had to. We then agreed he would attend the following day at the same time as the original appointment. Again I had to ring him 15 minutes after the allotted 2 hour time slot to find he was just leaving home and would be with me in 45 minutes. Overall not impressed with the service.

Fully recommend the service, very speedy. Booked a problem on a Sunday night and was booked in for the Monday morning slot within an hour. Nick the mechanic was excellent. Great value too.

Nick - he was a pleasant guy and really good at his good and very helpful at all times. Would recommend him to anybody . 10/10.
