Andrew was very knowledgeable and experienced and completed the job to a very high standard. He also went the extra mile to find out what had caused the problem in the first place to prevent it from happening again. He was also happy to provide great advice and he also did not undertake any work that did not need to be done which reduced the cost of my quote.
