Very friendly, very polite and takes his time to explain everything to your understanding

Turned up when he said he would, got to work stariaght away and was finished quickly. Explained what he had done and pointed out some further work that would need to be done in the future but did not try to get me to do the work immediately. Excllent and pain free experience.
