Andrew was very quick at diagnosing extra fault that was responsible for my engine's problem, apart from changing spark plugs (as they needed changing anyway) he was able to locally and quickly source the part for the extra fix, go and get it, return, fix the problem, process extra card payment via mobile app on the spot - all in a very time-efficient manner. I'm very pleased with the service provided.
