I was at work so didn't really meet the mechanic, just left the key with the receptionist. My car had an MOT which came back fine, no actions required and all done in time. Perfect, my working day was not disturbed!

Raj replaced my glow plugs within 15 minutes in my driveway. 2 hour slot system very useful and he called before to let me know he was on his way. He did exactly what I asked for which has sorted out the problem. Much nicer than going to a (sometimes) patronising garage and waiting around for hours. Prices similar to garage.

Very helpful and communicative. Job was sorted quickly. Would definitely use again in the future for any jobs.
