Steve chatted with me ahead of the appointment, to get the background and what I thought was wrong. On the day, he was very prompt and rapidly identified the problem, confirming the diagnosis. He then discussed and explained the next steps and very kindly gave me some estimated costs for me to take back to the dealership.
