My vehicle was safely towed the 8 miles to the repair shop, and the work completed on time. As two people where off on the day of the vehicle's return, arrangements where made for Andy to collect me from home and take me to collect my vehicle. The vehicle was returned in a clean and tidy state and I was shown the damaged parts removed from the vehicle.

Collected the car on time and had it back to me in the afternoon, great service will defiantly use this garage again

Just got my car back today after repair, previously my alternator burn out and they change a new one. Quick and excellent work. They collect, do the work and return within few hours. A happy new customer.

Was advised by Halfords that the steering pump required changing so I asked the clickmechanic to change it. This was done. They failed to test the van after it had been done and told me it was “ready to collect”. All the symptoms where still there when I collected the van. The mechanic suggested that it was fine when he test drove it.....strange as the top mounts had actually failed causing pressure on the steering making it very heavy. I can’t complain as I asked for the pump to be changed, which they may have actually done. Just be aware, if you suggest something is wrong then the part will be changed with no thought or testing to see if it has actually rectified the issue. Very happy, running fine now. With a car that wouldn't move sitting outside my house it was great to find an organisation that would pick up as part of the service.
