Mark gave me a very good report and highlighted any potential issues on the car prior to purchase

Im not happy with the outcome.. I was told it might be this it might be that quoted a price of over £600 for something it might be... I have been told that you could just clean the throttle body and it would work... He first told us there was too much oil which he drained but when we tried again the car it still cut out. I feel I payed you over £60 and I'm none the wiser. Could you not have tried cleaning the throttle first while on the call out.

100 percent I am not happy, he had changed the oil filter and the air filter, add screewiper water , he had completed the job in 15 minutes, for full servicing, I told him to check the spark plug. He said that is not coming in full servicing. But he has to check the spark plug for full servicing. Beside that not he Had check.

Mark was punctual, did a diagnostic and found the fault and then advised on solutions to fix it. Will definitely use mark again.

Mark was was brilliant today despite the weather .. replaced a thermostat on my merc clk .. really friendly guy couldn’t be happier with the work carried out .. I’ll book mark again .. many thanks Owen 24/11/18

Mark couldn't make the arranged time but called the Car Dealer beforehand and arranged another time for the inspection. I wasn't there for the inspection but I did have had a long phone conversation post inspection that highlighted some potentially serious issues with the car. I would absolutely recommend getting a pre purchase inspection. £165 has possibly saved me £000's. I have no complaints about the service provided by Mark or Clink Mechanic and would certainly use both again.
