James arrived on time and worked flat out until the job was complete. He was friendly and responsive via text. I would highly recommend him.
First time using Click Mechanic and very happy, cost was around £100 to £150 less than other garage quotes and I only had to wait 3 days instead of 2 weeks

You really couldn't wish for better. BMW trained 30yrs experience - over 400 jobs carried out, with over 200 taking time to leave reviews.
On top of that he's a really good bloke too. Knowlegeable Approachable & Personable.
Got in touch with us the night before, to pin down his expected arrival time to a 30min slot -vs- the 2hr window. Arrived on time.
Put down mats to protect the drive & keep clean.
Worked solidly like a trojan, for 6hrs - (I popped out every hour just to check he was OK - health and safety) and a quick chat on progress.
I've done 1/2 doz clutches/gearbox changes (pre health issues) - so I can recognise . .. a real & genuine pro at work.
