mechanic arrived at stated time and new exactly what the problem was with the car. There was additional work required and he was able to do this on the day saving me another call out. All costs were up front and was asked if I was happy with the price before proceeding. Would definitely use this service again.

The mechanic who came out was excellent, but the first one didn't come out and it was disappointing that no one told me he wasn't coming. I had plenty of emails etc confirming the appointment but nothing to say it was not going to go ahead.

Yenneh was excellent. He telephoned me the day before as he needed to adjust time of arrival, he arrived punctually and completed the job. He also gave me advice on one or two things which needed extra attention. Friendly and professional.
