Matthew was great. He gave the car a really thorough check and called me to discuss. He also took lots of photos which were on the report. He then replied to my follow up questions which I sent through the website really quickly the next day.

Perhaps the most professional person I have encountered in my entire life. Matthew did an incredible job of highlight every minute detail that needed correcting on the van. This in the end saved me thousands, because I didn't by the van, since his highly detailed inspection highlighted a lot of work that I could never have spotted my self. Top professional.
