Matthew was very easy to reach via mobile phone. He was on time and was very helpful. No extra work was done and any work that needed doing was signalled by most urgent to least urgent but he did not "pressure" me to have it done there and then. I am very happy with the service and will be using again.

Service was confirmed shortly after I requested the booking and I was updated by e-mail and text on time slot and then ETA, which was spot on. Professional and friendly. Balanced and realistic opinion on what needed attention and when. So convenient having the service done at home - saved me around 2-3 hours on dropping car off and picking it up from a garage. I don't have any experience and knowledge about cars so when found the one I wanted to buy decided to have it inspected by professional. Matthew came on time. I got the report after less than 3 hours. He also called me to answer all the questions patiently. He advised me about things I should take care of after buying the car. Ran free accident damage check and checked VIN number as a courtesy.
I don't have the car yet so I'm not really able to verify if it's as good as Matthew's report but overall very good experience.
