Mat was lovely. Pre-inspection, he texted me and then called me to explain what he all is going to do. He took on board every one of my concerns and queries.
Post inspection, Mat came back to and explained to me in detail about the condition of the car. very professional.

Matthew was very easy to reach via mobile phone. He was on time and was very helpful. No extra work was done and any work that needed doing was signalled by most urgent to least urgent but he did not "pressure" me to have it done there and then. I am very happy with the service and will be using again.

Second time I’ve used Matthew in approx 4 months and completely satisfied on both occasions. Service was confirmed shortly after I requested the booking and I was updated by e-mail and text on time slot and then ETA, which was spot on. Professional and friendly. Balanced and realistic opinion on what needed attention and when. So convenient having the service done at home - saved me around 2-3 hours on dropping car off and picking it up from a garage. Will use again.
