Matthew was very punctual, patient, and helpful. Work completed quickly and problem/solution explained thoroughly.

Turned up bang on time, cracked on and replaced the part quickly. He showed me the obvious crack on the broken bit, and even helped reset the engine warning light. I’ll happily use Matthew again, he’s a top guy who knows his stuff. Polite, friendly, and very competent, and far cheaper than the dealership quoted me for the repair.

Matthew deserves a 5 star rating from start to finish. I signed up for my car repair at 9pm and it was carried out at 10am the NEXT DAY! Beat that for service! He is very much customer focussed and knowledgeable about car repairs. Matthew explained and demonstrated everything in great detail. An all-round professional. He is that good, we have booked another job.

Matthew was first class - exactly what I had hoped for. He exchanged texts with me prior to the appointment so I could keep the seller of the car informed. He then called me after the inspection to talk me through his findings.
The seller also reported back to me that 5he mechanic was good and took the time to explain what he was doing.
I called the click mechanic office whilst setting up the inspection and also after the inspection to refresh my password. The service was good during both calls.
