I was very impressed with Jaz who carried out an inspection on a car I was thinking of purchasing. Jaz was professional and friendly throughout the whole process and was extremely thorough in delivering his inspection report both via email and over the phone. I cannot fault the experience with ClickMechanic ... just wish i had used many years ago with other car purchases. Jaz's pre-inspection service was superb - very thorough with a phone call walkthrough (allow time as this is not a short summary) after which i received a comprehensive report and set of photos. Jaz highlighted good (overall quality of car) and bad points (brakes, spark plugs, wipers and service need addressing), which allowed me to negotiate with the seller. Definitely recommended and will definitely use ClickMechanic again.

Jaz was nothing less than fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and brutally honest. He arrived early and set about the task straight away. Unfortunately, he had been supplied with incorrect parts for my vehicle but he assured me that he would source the correct parts and return to complete the work the following day. True to his word, he did exactly that and kept me informed at all times via the telephone. Couldn't have had a more conscientious mechanic to work on my Mercedes C220d Sport (2015). His 17 years expertise in the industry certainly contributes to his knowledge and can be compared fondly to some of these so called big named garages out there. Honesty and integrity is quite refreshing in this industry.
