The mechanic was friendly enough ( still not sure if it was Adam or James) but I felt the job was rushed due to him arriving almost 2 hours later than scheduled. He did not have a stamp to stamp my service book and did not reset the service reminder on the dashboard. Also after he'd left I saw that the MIL stayed lit up indicating there was a malfunction but, apparently, this was not due to the servicing (!) which seems a bit of a co-incidence.

It was Adam who came to your door for the key and me James that did the majority of the service my name was clearly written on my t shirt below carbon Clean NW

The job was not rushed at all we were there almost 45 mins to change oil and filter the prescribed time, I did ask you was it ok if I signed your service book as I only noticed my stamp wasn't there when I got to your house.

The MIL Light would not have anything to do with the service and you didn't mention anything about an mil light to us while we was there as you stated above it "stayed on" so it must of been on prior if u say it stayed on?

There must be another problem wrong with the car if the mil light has illuminated as we do not touch anything to do with MIL we undo a nut underneath to take off oil filter and remove the oil through the dipstick.
