The mechanics were very friendly and the work they carried out was excellent when they finished the car was returned clean and the mechanic showed me the failed part and the work carried out i will definitely use them again

Great service from total fix service in Stockport, rang day before to confirm and text ETA on the day 15 mins before they arrived in the agreed timeslot.
The car was collected to have 2 front coil springs replaced and i was phoned when the car was finished and it was sent back quickly.
I was shown the replaced springs that were fitted . The staff were friendly and was very pleased with the job.

On time no problems.
Could not complete the job: due to a snapped tool.
Back up came an hour or so later and completed the job.
No complaints with their work or attitude.
Repair seems successful.

I'm sorry I don't remember the guys name but he was here when he said he would be and carried out all the work I'd asked for. He also showed me all the used parts that he had removed

Andrew was extremely friendly and communicated very well. He collected the car at a convenient time and returned it at a convenient time. Whenever I called to ask for an update or had any queries, they were answered promptly.

Andrew and the mechanics at the garage where the car was taken, were all very helpful. They provided me with a clear report of everything done at that time and what was left and a time estimate of when my car would be returned.

I had a full inspection report, full service, timing belt and water pump change.
